Super Easy Delicious Gluten Free Ovo-Vegan Chanukah Hanukkah Latkes Organic Hash Browns

Ingredients:

– 1 Bag Hash Browns

– 1 Onion Diced

– 1/4 to 1/3 c Potato Starch

– 2 to 3 Eggs

– Oil for frying

Directions:

1. Fry onion.

2. Add bag of Hash Browns.

3. In a bowl coat the defrosted fried onions and hash in starch.

4. Coat starch in beat eggs.

5. Fry in oil.

6. Flip when brown on each side.
